“No tone said the phone”
Between T-Mobile and Century Link, we have excellent cell and internet coverage – until yesterday. When I got home last evening our phone line was still dark. “No tone said the phone”
I went on my cell phone and connected with Century Link. They did a digital scan of the line and confirmed the line was not working. – push Service for an appointment. 8:30 to Noon today.
11AM they show. The neighbors grab him and he finds out there are many homes affected by something. They find a house down the hill where the home owners had decided to put in fence posts without calling 811 and split the cable cutting off service for 50 customers. Good Job!
